What Am I Entitled To?

The law provides that if you are injured due to the fault of another, you have the right to reasonable compensation. You are entitled to reimbursement for your medical expenses, wage loss, property damage and      compensation for your pain and suffering. Even if you were partially at fault for your injuries, you may still be entitled to some compensation based upon the legal doctrine of "comparative fault".
